🚚 Damaged, Quality Issues, or Unfulfilled Orders – Replacement Policy
In rare cases, your order may be unfulfilled or arrive damaged due to:
Transit or handling damage
Unavailability of specific idols/materials
Logistics challenges or unavoidable disruptions
In such situations, we offer a free replacement from:
Delivery vehicle during home delivery
Store counter during pickup
If a replacement is not available or acceptable, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method or to your Majha Morya Digital Wallet (if preferred).
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
1. Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Products
- Product received is damaged, broken, or defective
- Wrong product delivered
2. Non-Defective Returns (Customer Convenience)
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product ordered by customer
- Product no longer required
- Design or preference mismatch

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Applicable refunds will be credited to your original payment method or Majha Morya Wallet
