At Majha Morya, we are committed to delivering a smooth and joyful experience for all your Ganesh Chaturthi needs. Please review the policy below to understand how returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
🚚 Damaged, Quality Issues, or Unfulfilled Orders – Replacement Policy
In rare cases, your order may be unfulfilled or arrive damaged due to:
Transit or handling damage
Unavailability of specific idols/materials
Logistics challenges or unavoidable disruptions
In such situations, we offer a free replacement from:
Delivery vehicle during home delivery
Store counter during pickup
If a replacement is not available or acceptable, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method or to your Majha Morya Digital Wallet (if preferred).

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Requests must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or after the product has been used. Products must be unused and in their original condition.
Damage-related replacements are free of charge.

Cancel 15+ days before Ganesh Chaturthi
100% refund to your original payment method or Majha Morya Wallet
🔄 Partial Refunds:
15–7 days prior: 10% deduction
7–3 days prior: 25% deduction
Balance refunded to your original payment method or Majha Morya Wallet
🚫 No Show / Unpicked Orders:
No cancellation & idol not picked: 40% deduction
Balance refunded to your original payment method or Majha Morya Wallet

Even after final confirmation at delivery, if you believe you’ve received a wrong or defective idol:
